Since arriving at Western, Ken has published on the issues of biomedical enhancement, drug use and addiction, research ethics in health science, moral conscience, and social and ethical aspects of food and nutrition.  In addition to publishing academically, Ken writes a monthly column about ethics in healthcare in The Hospital News.
